Mix and Match

Today was a mix and match day-- mix and match workouts and mix and match meals. Dinner ended up being scrambled eggs with pineapple salsa, roasted broccoli, and toast.

 Roasted broccoli with garlic is one of my favorite veggies!

I also had a spinach salad before dinner.

Lunch was a bowl of lentil soup with some whole wheat egg noodles and salad. Breakfast was a banana with blueberry and Better 'n Peanut Butter oatmeal. Mmmm mmmm!

My workouts today consisted of two walks with Kobe, and an upper body and abs workout. Tomorrow's I've gotta jog for 25 minutes straight again!
