It was a windy day today- really windy and only 30 degrees. I don't have a lot of time to post, so here's a summary:
Workout: walk with dog, cleaning the house
Breakfast: banana, 2 eggs, toast with jam, cranberry juice
Lunch: split pea soup, salad
Snack: apple, craisins, pickle
Dinner: lentils with wild rice
Dessert: tea and orange
