oops

Oops. I didn't post yesterday. I feel like a slacker. But, I had other things on my mind. In a nutshell, here's what happened yesterday on the health front:

Exercise
Morning: Walk with Kobe, Week 4 of Couch to 5k,
Evening:PM Stretch

Food
Morning: banana before my walk/workout, oatmeal, orange
Lunch: split pea soup, salad, pickle
Snack: pickle
Dinner: curried lentils and chicken with rice
Dessert: blueberry  Tootsie Roll Pop, tea sweetened with Splenda, orange
