Super Dinner

I just finished a super dinner-- Super Veggie Salad, citrus-marinated mushrooms, and roasted rosemary potatoes.


Here's the recipe for the Super Veggie Salad . The potatoes were super simple: red potatoes cut into wedges, tossed with olive oil, chopped fresh rosemary, and sprinkled with garlic and salt (I used one of those McCormick grinders).
